The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the radiology division, ensure employee efficiency, and provide the leadership qualities that express enthusiasm and vitality in healing through the imaging arts. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides leadership in a professional and technical level pursuant to San Juan Regional’s Values; Insures adequate staffing coverage in radiology department; Updates and maintains policies and procedures for department; Participates in selection of equipment and employees for work area; Oversees budgetary process for department (Capital/Operating); Ensures that the radiology department meets state, federal and other regulatory agency requirements; Works with hospital administration to insure the quality of care in the department. Experience B.S. or equivalent of 5 years leadership-supervisory experience in Healthcare setting required. Completion of a formal Radiological Technology Program; AEER Registered or Registry Eligible; NM State certification for Radiological Technology preferred.
