New Radiology Center

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta has opened a new, state-of-the-art, freestanding radiology center in order to better serve the pediatric population of the surrounding metro Atlanta counties. The need for the new location is underscored by projections that the pediatric population of the surrounding counties will increase more than 12 percent by 2009. The new facility is 6,000-square-feet and is the only one of its type in Georgia. We will offer a complete range of services, including sedation, which will make us the only radiology center in the state offering sedation services specific for the pediatric population.
