In what kind of setting do you practice work? Please describe what it's like working in that kind of setting.
I work in a fast-paced office. No two days are exactly the same and rarely are plans set in stone. In order to be successful we constantly juggle priorities and focus on staying on top of even the smallest details. Of course, we also have a great time and enjoy helping people find positions that allow them to further their career goals.
How/why did you get into your particular field?
I was referred to Aureus Medical by a former coworker who thought I would enjoy helping others find positions in the healthcare field.
What are your greatest professional accomplishments?
Every time I place a person in a position, I look at it as a great accomplishment. I enjoy the fact that the work I do not only makes a difference in the life of the person I'm finding a job for but also for the patients they treat on a daily basis. In a small way I feel like the bridge between patients and quality healthcare.
What are your professional goals for the future?
In the future, I hope to continue helping people find satisfying positions and eventually help teach what I've learned to others in my position. I look forward to the challenge of managing a team of account managers and showing them how to help their customers the best way possible.
